Administration

The foundation is a non-profit California corporation and is administered by a board of directors that is intended to represent the wide range of fields that are relevant to the foundation's purpose. Members serve without compensation. The only source of income to the foundation is through gifts. The board invites interested persons to make a donation to the foundation. Also, the board welcomes suggestions for projects consistent with the foundation's purpose and capabilities.
